Our Shared Narrative: Our website, jpetermanapparel.com, and its offerings are intended for individuals seeking quality, intentional craftsmanship in Men’s and Women’s Apparel, Luggage, and Women’s Bags & Purses. We cater to those who view their possessions as companions for life’s chapters.

Your Responsibilities as a Voyager: You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for providing accurate account and order information, including a valid email address and delivery address within our serviced regions. You must ensure you have the legal right to use any payment method you employ.

2. The Companions: Product & Service Description

Every piece from The J Peterman Shop is crafted with intention. We strive to present each item accurately through descriptions and imagery. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings and the inherent nature of natural materials. All measurements are approximate.

A Note on Finality: Items marked “Final Sale” complete their journey with you upon purchase and are not eligible for return or exchange, except as required by law for damaged goods. Luggage and Women’s Bags & Purses undergo rigorous pre-dispatch inspection. Returns for these categories are accepted only in pristine, completely unused condition, free of any marks or scuffs.

3. Charting the Course: Orders & Payment

Placing Your Order:

Your order represents an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to ship to your region.

Payment Terms:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order. You authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method. All prices are in US Dollars.

Shipping Expedition:

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Expedition: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after departure.
• The Complimentary Journey: Free on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after departure.

We ship globally but regrettably cannot currently facilitate orders to certain remote regions and parts of Asia. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by your destination country.

4. Should Your Path Need Adjustment: Returns & Exchanges

We welcome returns and exchanges for most items in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached, within 15 days of the delivery date.

Your Obligations:

• Notify our customer experience team at [email protected] within the 15-day window to obtain an RMA number.
• Return items securely, ideally in original packaging, with the RMA included.
• Use a trackable shipping service for your protection.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Restoration: Upon approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method: within 7-10 business days for cards; 24-48 hours for PayPal.

Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
