The Foundation of Our Policy
We welcome returns and exchanges for items in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached, within 15 days of the delivery date. This period allows you the time to thoughtfully consider your acquisition, ensuring it is destined to become a lasting part of your story.
The Return & Exchange Process: A Guided Expedition
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps to ensure a seamless experience:
- Notify Our Stewards: Within the 15-day window, contact our customer experience team at [email protected]. Please use the subject line “Return/Exchange Inquiry” and provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Your Authorization & Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item(s) back to our workshop in Fresno. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Prepare Your Shipment: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

The Return of Funds: Restoring the Balance
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at purchase. Please allow:
- 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account for payments made via Visa, MasterCard, or JCB.
- 24-48 hours for refunds to PayPal accounts.
Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable. For exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Items That Complete Their Journey With You
In keeping with the standards of hygiene and finality appropriate for personal travel and wardrobe essentials, the following items are, regretfully, non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
For all Luggage and Women’s Bags & Purses, we conduct rigorous quality checks before dispatch. Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original, unused state, with no scuffs, marks, or signs of travel.
Damaged or Defective Items: An Unforeseen Detour
Should your order arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, ensuring your narrative resumes its proper course without delay.
