Where do you ship to?
We are proud to serve a global community. Currently, due to logistical constraints, we are unable to deliver to Asia and select remote areas. We gladly deliver to all other regions across the world from our workshop in Fresno, California.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two distinct paths for your order’s journey:

The Standard Expedition ($12.95 flat fee): For when your next chapter can’t wait. Partnering with DHL or FedEx, your order is processed in 1-2 days and arrives within 10-15 days from the date it leaves our workshop.

The Complimentary Journey (Free on orders over $50): Our gift of borderless, fee-free delivery. After the same 1-2 day processing, your order is dispatched via EMS, with delivery typically completed within 15-25 days from shipment.
How can I track my order?
Once your curated piece departs our workshop, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. You may follow its progress—a small narrative unfolding as it travels to join your own.

Is there a minimum order value for the free shipping?
Yes. True to our promise of no hidden costs, our Complimentary Journey (free shipping) is available on all orders with a subtotal exceeding $50.

We believe in endings that are as gracious as beginnings. If a piece does not resonate as you envisioned, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for a refund. The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
